For many Microsoft products and services, Microsoft runs a UserVoice forum to collect feedback on that product or service. In a UserVoice forum, people post suggestions or complaints and other people can vote up those pieces of feedback by giving them one to three votes per person. Microsoft will generally pay attention to feedbacks that get the most votes or suddenly see a spike in votes.
